Canceling
- Subscribed through Apple (in the iPhone app): on your iPhone go to Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Mivelu.
- Subscribed on the website: in the web app under Settings → Manage subscription, or without signing in on the page Cancel contracts here.
You can cancel any time. Plus keeps running until the end of the period you paid for.
Charges
Payments on the website go through Link, Stripe’s payment service, so your statement says “sold through Link”. We’re happy to help with any charge, and so is Link support at support.link.com. For charges through Apple, Apple helps at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
Who can read my entries?
Only you can read what’s stored. Every entry is encrypted on your device and stored and synced that way between iPhone and browser; our server can’t read it. Only when Mivelu reads an entry for you (feelings, picture, patterns) does it pass briefly through our server to AI providers. We don’t keep it. More in the privacy policy.
What happens after the trial?
The first 7 days are free. After that Mivelu Plus costs €9.99 a month or €59.99 a year, outside Europe $9.99 or $59.99. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Without Plus your journal stays readable, and you can export it any time.
How do I export my journal?
On iPhone and in the browser under Settings → Export: as a PDF, as text or as pictures. The export is made on your device.
How do I delete my account?
In the browser under Settings → Delete account, on iPhone under Settings → Delete everything. In the browser we send a code to your email first. This deletes your account and everything stored on the server; a subscription bought on the website ends at once. A subscription through Apple you also cancel with Apple. You can also write to support@mivelu.com and we’ll delete your account for you.
