Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This amount is in proportion to the services already provided up to the moment you inform us that you are withdrawing from this contract, compared with the full scope of services under the contract.

In plain words: the 14 days start on the first day of the free trial. If you withdraw during the trial, you pay nothing. If you withdraw after that but within the 14 days, you get your money back, minus a per-day share for the days on which you have already used Mivelu Plus as a paying customer. Free trial days do not count. Your entries are kept in any case, and you can still read, write and export them. After the withdrawal, the AI features of Mivelu Plus stop. Encrypted sync between your devices keeps running. If you cancel (instead of withdrawing) during the trial, the trial keeps running until its end and nothing is charged.

Note for customers in Switzerland

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts with customers in Switzerland.
